Admission process

For Online Registration:

Step 1: Log on to www.sdisbankura.org

Step 2: Go to admissions and DOWNLOAD ADMISSION FORM

Step 3: Fill the online form in PDF Format in your computer by attaching supporting documents as asked.

Step 4: Re- Login to www.sdisbankura.org

Step 5: Go to Admissions and click UPLOAD ONLINE FORM.

(When you click, a payment gateway will come where you have to pay the admission fees)

Step 6: Subsequently you need to print the submitted form and send the hard copy via registered post to the address given below:

New admissions:

  1. Date of Birth Certificate (from a govt. registered hospital)
  2. Cast certificate
  3. Transfer certificate if any
  4. Physically challenged certificate if any.

Admissions by way of transfer

  1. All of above.
  2. Previous class mark sheet
  3. Transfer certificate
